Data Usage and Processing
We process information, prompts, files, images, audio, generated content, and other inputs you submit to the Services as necessary to provide the features you request. AI systems may analyze, transform, summarize, classify, generate, or otherwise process these inputs.
- Data is processed only for specific, clear, and lawful purposes.
- We collect and process only information reasonably required to provide the requested feature.
- AI models and automated systems may analyze your prompts, uploaded documents, images, audio, and other inputs to produce requested outputs.
- Where a feature uses a third-party AI model or service, your input may be transmitted to that provider as necessary to provide the feature.
- We do not use your data for unrelated purposes without an applicable legal basis or consent where consent is required.
AI Tools, Inputs, Outputs and Feature-Specific Consent
The Services contain AI-powered tools that may generate content, analyze information, or take actions based on your instructions. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or using them.
Before using an AI feature, KnowAnt may display a feature-specific consent notice, prompt, confirmation, or similar disclosure describing the relevant processing. By selecting, clicking, confirming, submitting, or otherwise using that feature after the applicable notice is presented, you consent to the processing reasonably necessary to provide that feature, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
- Chat consent: Your prompts and any information you provide may be processed by the selected AI model or provider to generate a response.
- Create consent: Your instructions and any reference materials you provide may be processed to generate images, videos, slides, or other content.
- Write consent: Text you submit may be processed to correct, rewrite, summarize, expand, or otherwise generate written content.
- Learn consent: Your questions, study materials, and other inputs may be processed to provide explanations, learning assistance, language practice, and related outputs.
- Voice consent: Text you submit may be processed to generate speech using an AI voice service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any voice-related material you provide.
Feature-specific consent does not transfer ownership of your inputs or outputs to KnowAnt. To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party model terms, you retain rights you have in your submitted content. You grant KnowAnt the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, reproduce, modify, and display your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Services and the features you request.
Document, File and Content Processing
Certain features allow you to upload documents, images, screenshots, PDFs, webpages, study materials, or other files and content for analysis, transformation, summarization, generation, or other processing. By uploading or submitting such material, you instruct KnowAnt and the applicable service providers to process the material for the feature you selected.
- You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful authority required to upload and process the material.
- Uploaded documents and images may be temporarily stored, transmitted, parsed, indexed, analyzed, transformed, or otherwise processed as necessary to provide the requested feature.
- Images may be analyzed for visible text, objects, layout, context, or other information relevant to the feature you selected.
- Documents may be parsed or extracted into machine-readable information and may be analyzed by AI models or other automated systems.
- If a feature uses a third-party AI, storage, or processing provider, the uploaded material may be transmitted to that provider as necessary to provide the feature.
- Do not upload highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless you are authorized to do so and the feature is appropriate for that information.
The upload interface or tool may display a separate consent notice before processing begins. That notice is part of your consent to the applicable upload and processing activity. If you do not agree to the displayed processing terms, do not upload or submit the material.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular feature, uploaded material is handled according to the retention, deletion, security, and processing provisions of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Processing may involve automated systems and may not produce perfect or complete results.
AI Outputs and Automated Actions
AI outputs are generated probabilistically and are provided for informational and productivity purposes. KnowAnt does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, current, safe, or fit for a particular purpose.

- You are responsible for confirming important facts, calculations, citations, decisions, and actions suggested or generated by AI.
